Who is responsible

The controller of any personal data is Stewart Andrew Alexander, trading as MediaGroup15™, contactable at hello@mediagroup15.com.

What is held

Only what you send by email: your name, your address and your correspondence. Nothing is collected by this website, and no profiles are built.

Lawful basis

Responding to your enquiry and performing any contract that follows (Article 6(1)(b)), and, where relevant, the legitimate interest of conducting a professional relationship (Article 6(1)(f)).

Your rights

You may request access to your data, its correction, its deletion, or its portability, and you may object to its processing. Write to hello@mediagroup15.com and the request will be honoured within one calendar month.

Retention

Correspondence is kept only as long as the relationship requires, and is then deleted. Signed agreements are retained for the legal periods applicable to contract records.

Complaints

You have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk. The studio would ask, first, for the chance to put things right directly.
